James Herbert Wease, 65, of Munfordville, died Sunday, July 1, 2012, at his residence.
Survivors include three daughters, Laura Chase, Teresa Dishman and Tammy Hazelwood; and two sons, Randall Wease and Bobby Wease.
The funeral is at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 4, at Stoney Point Missionary Baptist Church in Upton with burial in the church cemetery.
Visitation is from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and continues from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
Manakee Funeral Home in Upton is in charge of arrangements.
