Johnella Parham, 59, of Elizabethtown, passed away Thursday, July 19, 2012, at her home.
Cremation was chosen by the family.
A memorial service will be at a later date.
Dixon-Atwood & Trowbridge Funeral Home in Elizabethtown is in charge of arrangements.
