Mr. Joseph F. Ritchie, 77, of Big Spring, passed away Friday, Aug. 3, 2012, at his residence.
Mr. Ritchie is survived by his wife, Carolyn Ritchie; five children, Terry (David) Allgood and Mary Beth (Donnie) Dowell, all of Ekron, Tony Ritchie of Vine Grove, Cathy (Bruce) Bennett of Brandenburg and Lorrie (Terry) Young of Custer; three brothers; two sisters; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; a special nephew, Chris Ritchie of Vine Grove; and special friends, Rick Mucker of Ekron and Fred Rosenberger of Rineyville.
A Mass of Christian burial is at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Flaherty with the Rev. Kevin Bryan officiating.
Visitation is from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday and continues at 9 a.m. Monday at Hager Funeral Home in Brandenburg.
