Louise Dennis Patterson, 83, of Elizabethtown, died Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012, at Hardin Memorial Hospital.
The Hart County native was a member of Cornerstone Church of God and worked for Jack O. Patterson & Sons painting contractors.
She was preceded in death by two husbands, Jack O. Patterson and Wayne McGill; a grandson, Stacy Stanton; her parents, David and Laura Gonterman Dennis; five brothers; and five sisters.
She is survived by one daughter, Sondra (Richard) Steger of Bonnieville; one brother, Henry Dennis of Florida; two grandsons, Terry (Sandy) Steger and William Steger (Betty Parnell); two great-grandchildren, Natashia Kummer and John Steger; and one great-great-grandchild, Siya Kummer.
The funeral is at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown. Burial follows in Resthaven Memorial Park in Louisville.
Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
The family requests expressions of sympathy go to Hosparus of Central Kentucky.
