Mabel Probus Wilson, 101, of Leitchfield, died Friday, August 3, 2012, at Grayson Manor Nursing Home.
She was a housewife, mother and member of Little Clifty Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Emmett Wilson; two sons, Cletus Ray and Charles Emmett Wilson; her parents, Mora and Elizabeth Probus; her grandson, Kevin Wilson; and four brothers and one sister.
She is survived by two sons, James (Jean) Wilson and Robert Wilson, both of Arizona; and four daughters, Shirley (Scottie) Oller of Leitchfield, Carolyn (Edward) Dennis of Big Clifty, Sandra (Emil) Weiss of Illinois and Blanche (Lee) Madsen of Illinois; a daughter-in-law, Kay Burden Wilson of Tennessee; a sister, Lucille Simms of Louisville; a sister-in-law, Gladys Probus of Louisville; and 16 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral is at 1 p.m. CDT Tuesday, Aug. 7, at Watkins-Oller Funeral Home with Brother Edward Dennis officiating. Burial will be in Stones View Cemetery.
Visitation begins at noon CDT today at the funeral home.
