Margy E. Kennady, 90, of Elizabethtown, passed away Friday, July 27, 2012, at North Hardin Health and Rehab in Radcliff.

She was born March 3, 1922, in Hardin County to Clara and Stanley Hunt. She was a retired secretary from Fort Knox and a member of Elizabethtown Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley B. and Clara French Hunt; four sisters, Helen McDowell, Mae Horn, Betty Brown and Virginia Cosby; and two brothers, Frank and Elvin Hunt.

She is survived by three beloved daughters, Virginia (Joe) Lew of Upton, Carolyn (Robert) Marlett of Bridgeport, Texas, and Becky (Butch) Hash of Elizabethtown; three brothers, Melvin (Gladys) Hunt of Lexington, David (Sondy) Hunt of Texas, and S.M. (Eileen) Hunt of St. Paul, Mn.; one sister, Thelma Kerrick of Elizabethtown; ten grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Monday at Elizabethtown Baptist Church with the Rev. Danny Haynes officiating. Burial follows in Hardin Memorial Park.

Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Brown Funeral Home and continues after 9 a.m. Monday at Elizabethtown Baptist Church.
