Marvin Morris, 83, of Elizabethtown, passed away Friday, June 21, 2013, at his residence.

He was a retired truck driver, a farmer and a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean conflict. He was a member of Stephensburg Masonic Lodge No. 212 F.&A.M.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Bertha Hatfield Morris; and his parents, Curtis and Hattie Tucker Morris.
He is survived by his daughter, Brenda (David) Carter of Elizabethtown; and a grandson, Jon-Eric (Kyndra) Carter of Elizabethtown.
The funeral is at 11 a.m. Monday, June 24, at Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with the Rev. Scott Kerr officiating. Burial follows in Valley Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday and continues from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
