Mary Antonella Boone McCorkle, 55, of Hodgenville, died Thursday, July 5, 2012, at her residence.
Survivors include her husband, William Thomas McCorkle; and two children, Amy Michelle McCorkle and James William (J.W.) McCorkle.
A funeral Mass is at 11 a.m. Monday, July 9, at St. Ann Catholic Church in Howardstown. Burial follows in the church cemetery.
Visitation is from 3 to 8 p.m. Sunday and continues from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Monday at Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home in New Haven. A prayer service is Sunday evening at the funeral home.
