Patricia Ann Hornback, 64, of Sonora, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013, at her home surrounded by her loved ones.

She was a retired LPN at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Marion Lee Hornback, and her father, Raymond D. Fields Sr.

She is survived by a daughter, Rhonda Michelle (Timothy) Ross of Sonora; a son, Stephen Ray (Sara) Hornback of Sonora; her mother, Elizabeth Priddy Fields of Sonora; three sisters, Shirley (Ronnie) Voris of Sonora, Peggy (Jim) TerBeest of Louisville, and Cathy (MG) Robertson of Hardyville; two brothers, Raymond D. (Debbie) Fields Jr. of Campbellsville and Jessie (Honeylor) Fields of Glasgow; and two grandchildren, Victoria LeeAnn Nichols and Alexander Mitchell Nichols.

The funeral is at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home in Magnolia. Burial follows in Oak Hill Cemetery in Sonora.

Visitation is from 2 to 8 p.m. today and continues after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
