Paula Lynn Fowler, 67, of Colesburg, died Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2013, at her home.

She was the former Paula Lynn Wise and was a native of Hardin County. She was a self-employed hair-dresser for Paula's Beauty Shop. She was a former director of activities at North Hardin Health & Rehabilitation in Radcliff. She was a member of St. Clare Catholic Church and the Grand Squares Square Dance Club in Radcliff.
She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Edward Wise; and her stepfather, Paul E. Pence.
Survivors include her husband, Gerald T. "Jerry" Fowler of Colesburg; one daughter, Jeryl Trail (Rob) of Mount Washington; one son, Lane Fowler (Brandi) of Bowling Green; one grandson, Lincoln Fowler of Bowling Green; one brother, Charlie Wise (Cathy) of Colesburg; her mother, Mildred Wise Pence of Colesburg; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral is at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30, at St. Clare Catholic Church in Colesburg with the Rev. Troy Overton officiating. Burial follows in St. Clare Catholic Church Cemetery.
Visitation is from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday and continues at 11 a.m. Friday at Coffey & Chism Funeral Home in Vine Grove. A prayer service is at 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Clare Cemetery Fund or Hosparus of Central Kentucky.
