Mrs. Pauline Hackett, 77, of Elizabethtown, died Friday, March 1, 2013, at her residence.

She was a member of First Baptist Church Elizabethtown, where she was a member of the Mass Choir and the First Senior Club. She also was a member of the Bowling League and the Red Hat Society.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas A. Hackett; two daughters, Marilyn Ruth and Annette Pratt; her parents, Herbert and Lear Percell; two sisters, Minnie Martin and Marjorie Brown; and a stepdaughter, Ruthe Ann Beard.
Survivors include a son, Johnnie Hayes Jr.; three daughters, Linda Cecil (Mose), Gussie Hendrix (Ossie) and Malisa Hayes Wiley; a stepson, Jesse Hackett; two sisters, Hallie Bealer (Anderson) and Lynn Norris; 14 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
The funeral is at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 9, at First Baptist Church in Elizabethtown with Dr. B.T. Bishop officiating. Burial follows in Elizabethtown City Cemetery.
Visitation begins at 4 p.m. Friday at Percell and Sons Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.
