Richard S. Bart, 75, of Radcliff, passed away Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.
Master Sgt. Bart was retired from the U.S. Army, having served two tours in Vietnam.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elizabeth Kosco Bart and Samuel Bart.
Survivors include two sisters, Mary Ann Appulese and her husband, Dominic, and Rose Mary Brown all of Austintown, Ohio.
Services for Mr. Bart will be held in Ohio with burial in Calvary Cemetery in Ohio.
Coffey & Chism Funeral Home in Vine Grove is in charge of the arrangements.
