Roger Romines, 57, of Columbia, died Friday, Nov. 30, 2012, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown after several months' illness. Survivors include his wife, Karen Milby Romines, and three sons, Bruce Romines, John Romines and Roger Romines. The funeral is at 1 p.m. CT today at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in Columbia. Interment in the Mount Zion Cemetery in Hart County. Gladys Revels Gladys Revels, 87, formerly of Elizabethtown, died Friday, November 30, 2012, at her son's residence in Bowling Green. She was a native of Hart County, a member of Living Hope Baptist Church in Bowling Green, and worked for Severns Valley Baptist Church daycare for more than 25 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Revels; her parents, Arnold and Rena Rigdon Glass; and by a sister, Frankie Muir. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Sherry Revels of Bowling Green; and two grandchildren, Emily Revels-Druen of Gainesville, Fla. and John Revels of Elizabethtown. The funeral is at 1 p.m. Thursday at Brown Funeral Home, with Brother John Rice officiating. Burial is in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
