Stephanie "Stevie" Hornback, 47, of Elizabethtown, died Saturday, July 7, 2012, at Hardin Memorial Hospital.
She was a native of Jefferson County and a member of White Mills Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Connie Pike Cottrill.
She is survived by her father, Ronald (Jessie) Cottrill of Cecilia; a daughter, Rebekah Hornback of Elizabethtown; a brother, Matthew (Sandy) Parrott of Ashville, N.C.; a sister, Jennifer (Patrick) Stafford of Cecilia; an aunt, Mary (Ralph) Bullerdick of Greenville, Ind.; three cousins, Stacy (Chip) Clements, Lori (Jamie) Pike and Jamie (Melissa) Phillips, all of Louisville; a goddaughter, Payton Clements of Louisville; three nephews, Christopher (Ashley) Peters of Cecilia, Thomas (Heather) Stafford of Brandenburg and Christian Parrott of Ashville, N.C.; and a great-niece, Jadelyn Peters of Cecilia.
Services will be private.
Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown is in charge of arrangements.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
