William "Bill" Kenneth Hamm, 66, of Elizabethtown, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012.
He was retired owner of W.K. Hamm General Contracting Co. and an Army veteran.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Marion Lampkin Hamm; and a sister, Carol Thuener.
Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Melinda ""Linda"" Matson Hamm; two children, Herman and Susan Hamm; a sister, Joyce (David) Trayhan; and three brothers, Charles Hamm, Thomas Hamm and Robert (Ruth) Hamm.
The funeral is at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 26, at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-Central in Radcliff.
Dixon-Atwood & Trowbridge Funeral Home in Elizabethtown is in charge of arrangements.
