Mary Lenora Hoover, 88 of Elizabethtown, died Friday, June 6, 2014, at North Hardin Health and Rehabilitation in Radcliff.

She was a native of LaRue County and a member of Temple Hill Church in Boston, Kentucky. She was 1944 graduate of Magnolia
High School and a retired Nurses Aid for Hardin Memorial Hospital for 22 years. She and her husband founded the Full Gospel Church on Hodgenville Road in 1973.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. L. G. Hoover; her parents, Grover Cleveland and Dora Ellen Morris Watkins and a granddaughter, Sarah Timbers.
She is survived by a son, Rev. David (Jeanie) Hoover of Fredericksburg, Indiana; three daughters, Aletha Hoover, Marlinda Timbers and Joanna (Bro. Bruce) Perry all of Elizabethtown; four grandchildren, David Hoover II, Josh Timbers, Timothy Hoover and Benjamin
Hoover; one great grandson, Titus Hoover; and nieces and nephews, Joyce (Ray) Knight, Charles (Helen) Slayton, Marietta (Rick) Ricketts and Kim (Stephen) Druen.
The funeral is at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Brown Funeral Home with Revs Cecil Hutchings, Bruce Perry and David Hoover officiating.
Burial is at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Oakwood Cemetery in Hartford.
Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and continues after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
