Maefeen Love, 79, of Cecilia, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.

She was a native of Stephensburg. She was a member of the Louisville Association of the Deaf and Ver-trees Baptist Church. She also was an avid University of Louisville fan.

Maefeen was preceded in death by her parents, Robert J. and Lillie Mae (Goodman) Hash; five brothers, Shelby, Henry, Mitchell, Alva Sheridan and Ready; two sisters, Jennett Embry and Reba Hair; and her beloved pets.

Mrs. Love is survived by her husband, John Jack Love of Cecilia; one daughter, Betty (Kevin) Lucas of Cecilia; five sons, Bobby Green of Rineyville, Alex Green of Eastview, Tony (Sandra) Green of Leitchfield and Pat Green (Jodie) of Cecilia; four grandchildren, Leslie Hobbs, Paul Gill, Kayla Goodman and Adam Lucas; and two great-grandchildren, Gage Hobbs and Gracelyn Goodman.

The funeral is at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, at Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with the Rev. Elbert Peters officiating. Burial follows in Fairfield Church Cemetery.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday and continues from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
