I had lost touch with Billie the last several years since I left Dept. of Revenue & Taxation. I will always remember her smile & laughter. She really loved to help people (taxpayers) who regularly visited our office. She got me interested in 'couponing' and we often shared coupons and rebate forms! She was a good soul. God bless you in your time of sorrow.
