Douglas McConkey Obituary
Funeral Services for Douglas Carroll McConkey, 57, of Farmerville, LA will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, June 14, 2014 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA with Rev. Danny Malone officiating. Interment will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, LA.
Mr. McConkey was born April 25, 1957 and passed away June 11, 2014. He loved spending time with his family and enjoyed the outdoors. Mr. McConkey is preceded in death by his mother, Ethel McConkey; and nephew, Justin McConkey.
Survivors include his son, Shane Luke Ashraf; daughter, Madison Shyanne McConkey; father, Kenneth McConkey; brothers, Kent McConkey and wife, Lisa, Mike McConkey and wife, Leslie and William McConkey and wife, Donna; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Kyle McConkey, Josh McConkey, Hayden McConkey, Jeremy Gray, Butch Dunn and Robert Cox.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Friday, June 13, 2014 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.
