George Blomgren Obituary
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Valerie Wiatrak Blomgren; son, John E. and wife, Debbi Budnick Blomgren; daughter, Sharon J. and husband, Michael DeGirolamo. Predeceased by a son, George E. Blomgren, Jr. He is also survived by three grandchildren, L.J. and wife, Gina Midola Blomgren, Mikey DeGirolamo and Ali DeGirolamo. Also survived by a sister, Kathleen and husband, Nick Sorvillo. He was predeceased by a sister, Marie Miller. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
His funeral procession left the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Ave., Monday, March 24. A Mass of Christian burial was followed at St. Barnabas Church. Interment was followed in St. Lawrence Cemetery.
