She enjoyed playing many sports during her life: volleyball, bowling and pitching in softball. She loved playing cards, especially cribbage and sheephead. She was a HUGE Snoopy lover and was a loyal and loving fan of the Packers, Brewers and Badgers. She wanted to give a shout out to her many friends at Marion Manor and Court Towers. She is survived by one daughter, Linda (Randy) Crozier of Marinette; two sons: David (Nancy) Veith and Tom Veith; two grandchildren: David and Katie Veith; three great-grandchildren: Kylee and Lydia Veith, and Sebastian Blau, all of Oshkosh; one brother, Bill (Hilda) Boushele; two sisters: Betty Miller of Oshkosh and Rita (Bob) Eckstein of Black Wolf. She had one infant brother who preceded her in death, Sylvester; two sisters, Marge Boushele and Bea (Corky) Holmquest; and brother-in-law, Spin Miller. A Celebration of Life for Mom (Jean) will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, February 12, 2016 at Lake View Memorial Park Chapel, 2786 Algoma Blvd. with Rev. Glenn Chase officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Bella Vista for their loving and dedicated care, patience and compassion. The family gives a special thanks also to the hospice nurses, caregivers and staff at Hospice Advantage. Your kindness will never be forgotten. Remember the best times, the laughter, and the good life I lived while I was strong. My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest; remembering you and how I was truly blessed.
