Thomas "Tom" Sebert, age 67, of Princeton, passed away on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at the Fountain View Care Center in Ripon from a short battle with a glioblastoma brain tumor. He was born on the family farm in the township of St. Marie on August 2, 1946, a son of Frank and Helen (Disterhaft) Sebert. On August 25, 1973, Tom married Kristine Wendlandt in Beaver Dam, WI. He was a lifelong farmer and worked as a Ready-Mix truck driver for many years. Tom was a member of the Catholic Foresters and the Farm Bureau. He loved to go deer and turkey hunting and he loved his dogs. Tom will be remembered as a good husband, friend and neighbor.

Tom is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Kris Sebert of Princeton; brother, Raymond (Kathy) Sebert of Fond du Lac; 2 sisters, Doris(Bill) Minerich of Montrose, CO, Irene (Edward) Cervinski of Mansfield, OH; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert and Geraldine Wendlandt of Randolph; sister-in-law, Phyllis (Tom) Eilbes of Beaver Dam; 2 brothers-in-law, David (Lois) Wendlandt of Randolph, Tim Sann of Ripon; special friend and pal, our dog, Andy; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Helen Sebert; 2 sisters, Barbara Sann and Gerry Foelske.

Relatives and friends may call on Monday, April 21, from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., at the Wachholz and Sons Funeral Home, 303 W. Harvard St., in Princeton. A Mass of Christian Burial for Thomas "Tom" Sebert will take place on Tuesday, April 22, at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior to the service, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 1211 W. Main St., in Princeton with Father Philip Krogman officiating. Burial will follow the service at Memory Hill Lutheran Cemetery in Princeton.
