Weitenbeck, William "Billy"

William "Billy" Weitenbeck, age 65, of Oshkosh passed away on Monday evening March 25, 2013 at his residence. He was born in Oshkosh on September 10, 1947 the son of William and Ethel (Howard) Weitenbeck. He was employed at Bemis Corporation as a machine operator. A very talented artist and photographer and loving father to his three boys and grandchildren. He loved spending time with his buddy Scooby and beloved Copper. He was happiest spending time with the love of his life Anna.

"Billy" is survived by his fiancé Anna Matthews of Oshkosh; three sons; Jason (Sonya) Weitenbeck of Long Island, NY; Justin (Amanda) Weitenbeck and Jesse Weitenbeck both of San Antonio, TX. One brother; Patrick Weitenbeck of Ruidoso, NM and one sister; Sylvia (Steve) Sell of Oshkosh. Five grandchildren; Audrea, Reagan, Kyleigh, Austin and Breanna Weitenbeck.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jennifer his daughter in infancy and his dog Cooper.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Jude Parish(Sacred Heart Church on the corner of 6th & Knapp) Tuesday April 2, 2013 at 12noon Father Matt Simonar will be the celebrant. Visitation will be held on Monday April 1, 2013 at the Poklasny Funeral Home at 870 W. South Park Ave. Oshkosh, WI 54902 from 3pm until 7pm. Visitation at the church on Tuesday from 11am until the time of Mass. Memorials should be directed to the Oshkosh Area Humane Society at 1925 Shelter Court. Oshkosh, WI 54901.
