Janet Theisen, 73, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, April 28, 2013.
Janet was born on October 31, 1939 to Mark Sr. and Ellen (Witz) Wirsbinski. Janet married James Theisen on February 9, 1962. She worked as a telephone operator for AT&T and later moved to Neshkoro, WI where she and James owned and operated Sun Valley Campground. They enjoyed winters in Yuma, AZ.
Janet had a love for camping and hummingbirds. She cherished the time she spent with her family and always put others before herself.
Janet is survived by her husband, James, her mother Ellen, one daughter Kim (Craig) Prickett of Neshkoro, WI, three sons, Michael (fiancée Sophia) Theisen, of Rockwell, TX, Scott (Michelle) Theisen of Wautoma, WI, Randy (Melissa) Theisen of Nekoosa, WI, eight grandchildren; Tara (Carlos) Cavazos of San Antonio, TX, Ashley Prickett of Fond Du Lac, WI, Michael John Theisen II of Tucson, AZ, Celia Bradley of Panama City, FL, Shanice Rinner of Winchester, OH, Tyler, Riley and Kaylee Theisen of Nekoosa, WI, and one great granddaughter, Camille Cavazos of San Antonio, TX. She is further survived by eight sisters and two brothers.
She is preceded in death by her father, Mark Sr. and one sister Sally.
A celebration of life in honor of Janet will be held at a later time.
