Schry, Juanita Jean

Juanita Jean Schry, age 86, of Ripon, formerly of the Town of Aurora, Waushara County, passed away peacefully with her daughter beside her on Wednesday afternoon July 9, 2014 at the Prairie Place of Ripon, under the care of Agnesian Hospice Hope.

She was born on January 4, 1928 in Coloma the daughter of Leonard and Achsah (Davis) Lipke.

She married Robert Schry on June 28, 1947 at Saint Stanislaus Catholic Church of Berlin and Bob preceded her in death on January 11, 2013.

Juanita was employed as a secretary for the Sears Store for some time and the Russell Moccasin Co. of Berlin for almost 32 years.

She is a former member of the All Saints Catholic Parish of Berlin.

Survivors include her beloved daughter, Christine (Chris) (Gary) Wittchow of Ripon and her brother, Duane Lipke of Hancock, sister in law, Donna (Robert) Schry-Kwidzinski of Berlin, daughter in law, Julie Ann Schry of Oshkosh, her six grandchildren, Michelle, Gregory and Todd Schry and James, Christa and Jon Erdman also 11 great grandchildren other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, her son, Norbert, who died on December 22, 2013, and two sisters, Dora Waterman and Thelma Voeltner.

Relatives and friends may visit with the family at the Wiecki-Skipchak Funeral Home of downtown Berlin on Thursday JULY 24, 2014 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m., with a Memorial Service to follow at 10:30 a.m. at the Funeral Home with the Deacon Bob Precourt officiating and Inurnment will follow in the Shead Island Cemetery in the Town of Aurora.

Immediately following the services at the cemetery all are invited back to the Funeral Home Family Center which is handicap accessible, for a dinner and fellowship with the family.
