Kathleen M. Roza

ROZA, KATHLEEN M.; 89; of Imlay City; died April 5, 2013. Kathleen was an original "Rosie the Riveter" during World War II and enjoyed visiting casinos. Beloved wife of the late Leonard J. Roza (d. 1992) a retired World War II Navy Veteran. Loving and devoted mother of Loraine Peters, Diane (Charlie) Ramirez, Martin (Katherine) Roza and Kenneth Roza; cherished grandmother of Darci Pahssen, Lonnie (Michelle) Katt, Dena Ramirez, Marcia (Todd) Jermont, Brian Roza, Chris Ramirez, Toby Ramirez, Lori (Mark) Baldazo, Robyn (Jeremy) Neff, James Johnson and Amanda Gurne, great grandmother of Dayna, Devin, Tyler, Megan, Branden, Briana, Kiley, Kara, Kamryn, Kennedy, Abigail, Andrew, Justin, Owen, Isabel, Elaina and Ethan; sisters, Barbara (Ralph) Weathers and Gloria Graham. In addition to her husband, preceded in death by infant son, James Roza; brothers, Frank, Edward, Jerry and Richard Berberich. Visitation Saturday, April 13, 2013, 1 to 4 p.m., with a Funeral Service at 4 p.m. at the Heeney-Sundquist Funeral Home, 23720 Farmington Rd., (between 9-10 Mile Rds., just N. of Grand River), downtown Farmington (248-474-5200).
