If u knew my father, u would know a man who always had a huge smile on his face and a laugh that could be heard for miles.
You would know a man that was the best at everything he did.
My father was a loving man,
A strong man that raised three little girls after the passing of our mother.
A man that loved to sing his heart out as loud as he could, which is why every song we hear reminds us of him.
If u knew my father u can picture his huge brown eyes,
Brown eyes that I'm lucky to have myself.
When I picture my dad i see his long brown hair that took forever for him to get ready in the morning.
If u knew my father u know that buckhunter and u would know his passion for hunting because unless u were upnorth with him during bow or rifel season, u would not see him until it was over.
If u knew my father, u already know all of these things I'm telling u, but its always good to remember what an amazing man my father was.

jerry,tommy,lori and the girls. i was so shocked to hear what had happened,i was playing rod stewart that day and then i got the call from alvin. i just was so upset to hear about it , i loved stevie very much and you all as well. he will be in good hands with your mom and dad. i know dorthy and jerry are there with him. love always denise van buskirk. p.s. i will always cherrish allthe good times with you all.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Overbaugh family. So sorry to hear of Steve's passing. I worked for 12 years at Mr. Bigs in Waterford and every now and then had the pleasure of his quick wit and friendly smile and often really great jokes. He will be very missed. May the memories he left you with last a life time. Rest in peace Steve. There will never be another "you".

Extremly saddened to hear of Steve's passing. We played a lot of Basketball at Fairmont Park and shot a lot pool at the Boys Club. My deepest sympany to Steve's family.

I bowl on the sunday trippers league at 300 bowl, where he bowled too, and just last week my team bowled his, and what a shock to lose a great guy ! He was always friendly and easy to get along with, he will be missed
