Gordie was such a special part of our family and we will miss him. I live in California, but most of my family lives in Michigan and many worked with Gordie at the store. When I would come visit with my kids, Gordie fit right in. He loved to make the girls laugh and played along side of them like a big kid himself. One year he went with our family to Splash Village. That trip was very memorable for many reasons, but mainly because he really wanted to go with us even though we were traveling with three small girls. My dad and Gordie were the best babysitters! I'm attaching a picture of that trip of Gordie and two of the three little girls that loved him and will miss him. May he finally be at peace and out of pain. xoxo
