GORANG, JOHN JOSEPH; age 87; of Rochester Hills; July 3, 2013. Loving husband of the late Betty; dear father of Sandy (the late Fred) Koboldt, Mike (Susan) Gorang, Paul (Peggy) Gorang, Sue Saylor, Joe (Ruth) Gorang, and the late Mary (Wayne) Schwiesow; grandfather of 8 and great grandfather of 13. John is preceded in death by his 10 siblings. Funeral Mass Tuesday, July 9, 2013, 12 Noon with an In State time of 11:30 a.m. at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 1400 Inglewood, Rochester. The family will receive friends on Monday from 4 to 9 p.m. with at 7 p.m. Scripture Service at the Potere-Modetz Funeral Home, 339 Walnut Blvd., Rochester. Interment Christian Memorial Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Online guestbook
