BLACK, RAY G.; of Pontiac; April 29, 2013; age 87. Loving husband of Cleo for 64 years; dear father of Brian Black; beloved grandfather of Heather (Kermit), Christine (Tony) and Raymond; great grandfather of Cole and Rayne; dear brother of Patricia Bryan, Junior Black and preceded in death by Bob, Guy, Glenn, Daisy and his adopted brother Clarence. Mr. Black was employed at General Motors Truck and Coach for over 34 years and worked 23 years at dental labs, retiring at age 80. He was a long time member of Clarkston Community Church, was a member of the Pontiac Stamp Club and was one of the founding members of the Waterford Woodcarvers Club. Mr. Black was also a veteran of the United States Navy. Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 3, 2013, 11 a.m. at the RIVERSIDE CHAPEL, Simpson-Modetz Funeral Home, 5630 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday 10 a.m. until time of service. Interment Crescent Hills Cemetery. Online guest book
