SCHROEDER, DONALD J.; of Clarkston; suddenly July 3, 2012; at 63 years of age. Loving husband of Clare for 42 years; beloved father of Eric (Tara) Schroeder of Highland, Amy (Aaron) Monier of Waterford, and Ryan (Melissa) Schroeder of Waterford; dear brother of Sally (the late Charley) Wallace of Clarkston; cherished grandfather of Ayden, Raelynne, Carter, and Ava; son-in-law of William (the late Alice) Hill of Ishpeming; brother-in-law of John V. Hill of Negaunee, Tina (Tony) Snodgrass of Highland, and Bill (Judy) Hill of Ishpeming; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. Preceded in death by his parent,s Donald and Cecilia Schroeder. Don retired from GM after 38 years of service. He was a past president of the Michigan Fiero Club, a member of the Pontiac Widetrackers Club. He loved RVing and boating, but most of all adored spending time with his grandchildren. Mr. Schroeder owned and operated DJ's Telescoping Flag Poles. Funeral Service will be Friday, July 6, 2012, 1 p.m.at COATS FUNERAL HOME - Clarkston (8909 Dixie Highway). Burial will follow at All Saints Cemetery in Waterford. The family will receive friends Thursday 2 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 11 a.m. until the time of service. Memorial donations may be made to the
