BURPEE, LORILEI ELAINE; of Shelby Twp, formerly of Rochester and Marlette; born October 3, 1947; died June 1, 2012; age 64 after a year of illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd and her parents; loving mother of Janet (Bobby) Butara of Lapeer, Jennifer Burpee of Shelby Twp and Jeffrey (Jenny Kinney) Burpee of Marlette; a loving grandmother of Jordan, Shyanne and Taryn; dear sister to Sue (Michael) Scott. She will be missed by a large loving family of sister and brother-in-laws, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins & friends. She loved garage sales and for many years she volunteered in the Sanilac County 4H. Upon her wishes no Funeral Service will be held. A memorial will be held on June 7, 2012 at 4 p.m. at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 8600 27 Mile Rd (between Van Dyke Rd and M53) Washington; dinner following. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lorilei Burpee.
