WEAKLAND, THOMAS J.; of Waterford; June 25, 2014; age 87. Loving husband of Norine for 48 years; dear father of Evelyn Ann (James) Picazio; beloved grandfather of Michael (Kim) Picazio; great grandfather of Sonny, Stella, and Sloan Picazio; brother of Patrick (Margaret), Jack (Barb), James (Judy) and Kevin (Betty) Weakland, Kathleen Miller (late Bernie), Joan Weakland and Janet (Rich) Ott; best friend of Michael and Linda Stier. Preceded in death by his parents Edwin and Ann Weakland, siblings Francis and Mary Weakland, and his first wife Evelyn. Mr. Weakland was a member of Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #353, the V.F.W. Post #1586 and the Ex-servicemen’s Club, all in Hastings, Pennsylvania. Committal Services will be held Friday, September 5, 2014, 11 a.m. at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Road, Holly. Memorials may be made to any .
