Mr. William J. Joss Obituary
JOSS, MR. WILLIAM J.; ge 81; passed away on June 29, 2013. Bill was married for 57 years to Carol F. (nee: Wirth) Joss, and is survived by their sons, Mark (friend Jodie) and Thomas (Kristi); and grandson, Alex. Bill is also survived by his sister, Jean (late Charles) DeClerck; and his brother, Robert (Marlene) Joss. He also leaves behind many relatives and friends who were very special to him. Bill was a veteran of the Korean War and was retired from the Michigan Department of Treasury. Bill was a kind, gentle and loving man who cared about people, and was especially proud of his grandson. He was often referred to as the nicest man people had ever met. At his request, there will not be a Funeral, but instead the family will hold a Memorial Service at the Great Lakes National Cemetery on July 26, 2013, 10 a,m. There will also be a Celebration of Bill's Life on Saturday, July 27, 2013, 3 p.m., at White Lake Oaks, 991 N. Williams Lake Rd., White Lake, MI. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to , or to Alzheimer's research, or to Gentiva Hospice in Bill's honor. Share memories at
