Lee and I ran into Dewey last October at the Cider Mill. He recognized us first and was very friendly. Dewey introduced us to his wife and baby. We were thrilled that he had returned home to a construction job and was a family man. It seemed he had matured into a fine young man. Dewey was special to all the third grade teachers when he served as Mrs. Long's student aid at Tenino Elementary. We all loved him and wanted the best for him.
