Larry and I had a very special relationship. We were married for a brief time, but, remained special friends all the while. I lost contact with him, but, he never left my memories of a very sweet gentle and kind man whom I still love and miss a lot. May God Bless him and his family. What a total loss. I got to spend a few days with him a few years ago and will never for those special times. Love and Prayers to all of his family. We were still close in heart and spirit always.

Larry and I worked together at the State Library in the Institutional Library Services Program for many years. I came into the program without any knowledge of adult corrections and Larry generously shared his knowledge with me. I can't tell you how much fun we had during those years and how hard we worked to make the program a success. I lost touch when I was living in Seattle taking care of my elderly parents. I'm sorry we didn't reconnect when I came back to Lacey. Amy, remember our efforts to make one of his birthdays special? What a kick that was. He will always be remembered by me as a very special friend who loved northwest history and cared deeply for his friends. I will always miss him. I'm so very sorry for your loss.

The Faris cousins and the Uribe cousins had lots of fun growing up. We used to picnic in the Blue Mountains in the summer time and ride a horse. We also played a lot at the Uribe house in Dixie and
rode the old milk cow. Larry & Rella used to run away from us younger
cousins. God bless you cousin Larry.
