William E. Hill William E. ("Bill") Hill passed away unexpectedly on June 18, 2014, in Olympia, WA. Bill was born on May 30, 1939, in Santa Monica, CA, to Margarete Krueger Hill and E. Earl Hill. He was a family man, a man of faith, a talented forms designer, an artist, a passionate and winning racecar driver, a parrot caregiver, a history buff, a WWII aircraft aficionado, an enthusiastic Pyrotechnician, life-long Grange member and WSU Coug.
