Hey Louis, you made going to work at Canada Customs a great experience. Your dry wit was never ending and I still smile remembering those times and your professionalism and your convictions is something that should be taught. So Sad for your family, gone to soon RIP.

I did basic military training and battle school with Louis. Later I served under him and with his brother Curtis in Croatia. He was an excellent soldier and an inspiring officer.My deepest condolences to his entire family! RIP SIR
