CHENEY, Jack Dennis
May 3, 1922 - December 28, 2012
After a long full life of 90 years Jack passed away peacefully at Langley Lodge with his family by his side. He will be deeply missed by his beloved wife of 31 years Blanche, and his four daughters Jennice (Paul), Sharon (John), Dyan, and Jackie (Doug). He is survived by his two sisters Joan Smith and Betty Lloyd. Jack was the best Grampa to 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank the caring staff at Langley Lodge who made his last days so comfortable. Jack was a proud veteran of WWII, serving with the South Alberta Regiment. Jack worked for Canada Post until his retirement in 1980. A true gentleman, he will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him. Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service to be held at The Renaissance Retirement Home, 6676 203 St. Langley, BC on Sunday, January 6, 2013 at 1:30 pm.
