A Celebration of Life honoring Steven Robert Blair, 55 years, will be held on Saturday, 1 p.m. at Nadeau Family Funeral Home.
Steve passed away in his Fairfield home this past Saturday evening surrounded by his family after having fought a courageous bout of brain cancer.
He was born in Livermore on Dec. 16, 1954 and he resided in Fairfield the past 40 years. He was a former owner with his brother Mark in Blair Flooring, then went on to work the last 6 years of his life at the Home Depot. He was very much involved in Nascar and more so with the Raiders.
Survivors include his father, Robert, of Fairfield; two sons, Bill (LeAnna St. John) of Vacaville, and Robert (Malissa) of Vacaville; 2 grandchildren, Ryan and Ashley of Vacaville; sister, Cathy Blair (Ron Crawford) of Woodland; sister-in-law, Michelle of Vacaville. His mother, Mary, and brother, Mark, predeceased Steve in 2003 and 2004.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Solano County chapter, 744 Empire St., Suite 206, Fairfield, Calif., 94533. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Nadeau Family Funeral Home, 455-7700.
