My prayers are with Frances' family. I very much enjoyed working with Frances at the Finance Office at Travis AFB. She put a smile on my face many times and I have fond memories of her. May God grant her the peace and rest she so richly deserves.

To The Family:
God is a merciful God, and He has called one of His best home. She traveled her journey, and she has finished her course. God is smiling to have His child home. May peace and love sustain each of you, and may God richly bless all of you.

Dear Clausells : I heard about your mother's passing today from Kim Lindsey. I had not seen her since my sister Lillian passed away. I am sincerely sorry for your loss, but having gone through my sister being in the same situation, I also know it can be for the best. Francis was a wonderful person. We had many good times together when we lived on base and when we both worked on Travis. We did many fun activities together. She and I loved to play the slots and went on many trips to Tahoe and Reno together. You have Harvey and the rest of the family's sincere condolences. Ann Harvey
