A Mass of the Resurrection for Francis George Andrews, colonel United States Air Force retired, will be celebrated Wednesday, April 7, at 10:15 a.m. in St. Joseph Catholic Church with Fathers Jacobo Caceras, Daniel Looney and Vincent O'Reilly officiating.

Burial with full military honors will follow at 12:30 p.m. in Sacramento Valley National Cemetery.

Frank passed away on March 29, with loved ones at his side. He was the son of Francis and Lillian (Berthiaume) Andrews of Danielson, Conn.

Frank was proud of his family and served the United States Air Force with dignity.

For the last 20 years, he and his wife, Audrey, made their home in Vacaville. After retirement, he was a volunteer with Ride with Pride/Faith in Action and had been an active usher at St. Joseph Catholic Church since its founding. He was a neighbor and friend to everyone he met and considered many his family.

Besides his wife Audrey, he is survived by his sister, Marie Ledogar and her husband Larry of Danielson, Conn. They and their sons, Larry Jr. and Andy, were an integral part of Frank's life. He is also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews in the Weiand family.
