The Heavenly Father has called our beautiful baby boy home, where his beloved grandmothers, Kay Kay and Paula, greeted him.
Big Trev leaves behind his broken-hearted parents, Geoff and Carol McBride; his many aunts, uncles and cousins, his great- grandmother, Nola Porter; his special "Baby Love" Amber and a vast number of friends.
Our Gentle Giant has left us with a void in our hearts and lives that will never be filled.
A memorial service for Trevor will be held on Friday starting at 2 p.m. at Paradise Senior Center, 877 Nunneley Road, Paradise. Arrangements are being made with Newton-Bracewell Funeral Homes.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Paradise Hospice or the Vasculitis Foundation in care of the funeral home. View obituary and send condolences online at nbcfh.com.

Trev, it’s been awhile. Life is different for me now. I miss your presence more than anything. But you know, I will have a thought, idea or memory and just laugh. We had fun! No matter what, we had fun. Everyday. I’m living life today on your terms. Just have fun. It’s not always easy but I try.

Clay and Carol...I am so sorry to hear about little Scrappy. Life can be so unfair at times. I can only hope my daughter has taken his hand to show him the ropes of heaven. You both are in my thoughts and prayers!

We had the pleasure of meeting Trevor last December and are very glad for the opportunity to spend some time getting to know him. Even though our time together was short he left a lasting impression on all of us. Trevor was a kind, soft-spoken young man who was always polite, thoughtful and caring of our grandaughter, Amber. Trevor touched the lives of many around him. We are so very sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Our love and prayers to you all, Clay and Carol and the entire McBride family, for the loss of your precious son, Trevor. Unfortunately, we never had the pleasure of meeting Trevor, but we do know he had great genes and awesome McBride character! We are so sorry for your pain and know that it is hard to understand why. We pray that you find peace and comfort from the only one who can fill your void - Jesus Christ. We love you from the bottom of our hearts and are grateful for your friendship.

Our family is so sorry for the loss you are enduring. We have good memories to look back on and Trevor holds a special place in all our hearts. He will always be remebered as Nelson called him "Big Tre her" He was so good with Nelson when he was so tiny. A skill he learned from his parents. Blessings and comfort to the the Mcbride and the Bumgarner Families as you endure the days and years ahead one less beloved, but no less love.

If only the sky could open;
And his dear face I could see;
Oh, what a wonderful feeling;
I know would come over me.
But he is with the Angels;
Far from sin and pain;
Where Jesus said: "Believe in Me;
And thou shalt see him again"
