Rosenberger, Robert Nash* - Lansdale  
Robert Nash Rosenberger of Lansdale Robert Nash Rosenberger, 77, of Lansdale, passed away peacefully in his chair on Monday, July 27, 2015. He was the beloved husband of Judith (Shabarow) with whom he shared 52 years of marriage. Born February 18, 1938 in Doylestown, he was a son of the Abram and Linda Lucille (Nash) Rosenberger. Robert was a graduate of Central Bucks High School, and later attended Penn State University, and Drexel University acquiring a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was employed by the Philadelphia Gas Works. Robert served two terms as Lansdale Borough Councilman from 1976-1986. He also served as Democratic Party committeeman, honored by North Penn Area Democratic Committee with a Lifetime Achievement Award for over 50 years of service in 2007. He was a member of Lansdale Jaycees from 1968-1973. He was passionate about collecting model trains and was a Friend of the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad. Robert enjoyed space topics, traveling, scuba diving, family cats, and above all else, loved being with his family. Along with his loving wife, Judith, surviving are his children, Robert Rosenberger, Jr. of Schwenksville, Linda Brooks and husband, Douglas, of San Jose, CA, and David Rosenberger of Telford; grandchildren, Bradley, Victoria, Renae, and Zoe Rosenberger, also Katherine and Nathan Brooks; and brother, Glenn Rosenberger of Salford. Friends and relatives may greet Robert’s family from 5-7pm, Sunday, August 2, 2015 at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave., Lansdale, PA 19446. The Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, August 3 at Pleasantville United Church of Christ, 3424 Limekiln Pike, Chalfont, PA 18914, followed by burial in the adjacent cemetery. Loraine J. (Zepp) Rothrock Loraine J. (Zepp) Rothrock, 77, of Kutztown, passed away July 24, 2015. She was the daughter of the late William P. and Florence B. (Schlicher) Zepp. She worked as a factory worker for Central Sprinkler in Lansdale and at Home Health Aid for Community Home Services from Souderton. She was a member of Seventh Day Adventist, Souderton. She loved feeding the ducks with her grandchildren. She loved her dog Mo and cats Skittles and Haven. She enjoyed playing pinochle, parcheesi, puzzles and other board games with her family. Survivors: Daughter, Sherry Lynn wife of John Gerhart of Harleysville; Son, Joseph Warren Rothrock and wife Janice of Richlands, NC; Daughter, Debra Jean Miller and partner Janet Weaver of Kutztown; Brothers, Bryan Zepp of FL and James Zepp of Sellersville; Grandchildren, John Goodin Jr., Scott Michael Goodin, Danielle wife of Joseph Garcia, Amanda wife of Jackson Kline. 10 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by Brothers, William “Sonny”, Charlie, and Warren; Sister Carolyn; Grandchildren Joe Rothrock Jr. and Justin Rothrock. Services: Funeral services will be held Tuesday July 28, 2015 at 4:30 PM in Schantz Funeral Home P.C. 250 Main St. Emmaus PA 18049. A viewing will be held from 3:00 P.M to 4:30 P.M in the Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday July, 29 2015 at 12:00 PM. in St. Marks Cemetery, Penn Street, Pennsburg, PA 18073.
