Lydia M. Renninger of North Wales Lydia M. Renninger, age 53, passed away suddenly on May 18, 2015; Lydia was very devoted to her family and friends; she loved the beach, especially at the Jersey Shore, and she loved pets; she was always thinking of others. Loving daughter of Louise (late Charles) Damico (nee: Suarez); beloved wife of Paul Renninger Jr.; cherished mother of Paul III and Kirby Renninger; dearest sister of Roseann D. (Andrew) Schatkowski. Joan Frances Scheffold of Horsham Joan F. Scheffold (nee Dominick) on May 20, 2015. She was 84. Beloved wife of the late Joseph M. Clemmer, Merrill* - Souderton  
Merrill Clemmer of Souderton Merrill Clemmer, 91, of Souderton, died Tuesday, May 19, 2015. He was the beloved husband of Arlene (Moyer) Clemmer, with whom he shared 70 years of marriage. Born April 28, 1924, in Elroy, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Linford and Hannah (Shoemaker) Clemmer. Merrill was a barber for 55 years in Franconia, where he owned his own barbershop. He was a song leader at Frederick Mennonite Church and later attended Souderton Mennonite Church. He helped Arlene make nearly 900 comforters for Mennonite Central Committee. He was an avid skier, skiing in Pennsylvania, Vermont, Colorado and Utah. He also enjoyed classical music, gardening, wood working, playing pool, card games and cryptograms. He loved his family and spending time with them. He will be greatly missed. In addition to his wife, he is survived by children Dennis Clemmer and wife Fern, Lancaster; Rose Ann Clemmer, Harleysville; Phillip Clemmer and wife Sue, Strasburg; and Bette Lou Evans and husband John, Harleysville. Also, brother Vernon Clemmer and wife Grace, Souderton; sister Bette Kropf and husband James, Albany, Ore.; and sister-in-law Jorene Clemmer, Blossom, Texas; six grandchildren—Valerie, Tasha, Brett, Adam, Brittany and Bradley, and four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by brother Arlan Clemmer. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 23, at Souderton Mennonite Homes, 207 W. Summit St., Souderton, PA 18964, where a viewing will take place 9 – 10:45 a.m. Interment will take place at Souderton Mennonite Church Cemetery. Fitzgerald, Shirley A.* - Earlington  
Shirley A. Fitzgerald of Earlington Shirley A. Fitzgerald, 80, of Earlington, PA passed away peacefully with her family by her side on May 15, 2015, at Peter Becker Community in Harleysville. She was the wife of 60 years to Robert P. Fitzgerald with whom she was united in marriage on August 14, 1954. Born on August 27, 1934 in Lansdale, PA she was the daughter of the late Milton and Alberta (Hendricks) Wenhold. She was a 1952 graduate of Lansdale High School where she was an All Bux-Mont Athlete in softball and field hockey. Shirley was employed for over twenty years by the A.O. Tile Company in Lansdale prior to her retirement, and her greatest enjoyment in life came from spending time with her family. Shirley is also survived by her children, Donna Mort (Tom), of Lansdale, Robert P. Fitzgerald, Jr. (Cindy), of Mansfield, PA, Chris Fitzgerald (Tami), of Schwenksville, and Linda Nelson (John), of Hatfield, her 11 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren. Kenny, Danny* - North Wales  
Danny Kenny passed away at home in the comfort of his parent’s arms on May 16, 2015. Danny was 2 years old, and had been fighting Tay-Sachs disease since birth. Danny did not lose his battle with the disease, he just decided that he no longer wanted to battle it on a daily basis. Danny was a winner in every way. Danny was the most lovable boy. He was undeniably sweet, special, innocent, and perfect in every way. He was loved by so many, and taught so many how to love. Danny is survived by his loving parents Steven and Eileen, and his proud brother, Connor who loved him very much. He is also survived by many loving friends and relatives who look up to him. Funeral Mass Tuesday 11 AM at St. Rose of Lima Church 424 S. Main St. North Wales, PA 19454. Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation at the Church Tuesday after 9:30 AM. Kobasa, Marion* - Telford  
Marion Kobasa of Telford Marion (Prokipchak) Kobasa, age 91, a resident of Lutheran Community at Telford and formerly a longtime resident of Lansdale, died peacefully on Monday, May 18, 2015, surrounded by her family. Marion was born July 1, 1923, in Olyphant, PA. She was the daughter of the late John and Mary Prokipchak. She graduated from Olyphant High School, class of 1941. She was the wife of William Kobasa. He preceded her in death on January 28, 2014, and they were married for almost 67 years. She was a charter member of the Lansdale Jaycettes and a member of the Lansdale Lioness Auxiliary Club. She was a member of Presentation of Our Lord Ukrainian Catholic Church where she proudly served as one of the famous “Pierogi Ladies.” She will always be remembered for her strong religious faith. She often recited prayers and lit candles for anyone in need. Marion retired from Porter Instruments located in Hatfield, PA. Her greatest enjoyment in life came from spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She constantly reminded her family and friends these loving words, “I love you and don’t you ever forget it!” She is survived by two sons Gerald Kobasa and his wife Geri of Milford, DE, and Gregory Kobasa and his wife Dottie of Telford, grandchildren Laurie Moorman (Travis), Leslie Mergner (Chris), Kristin Vaszily (John), Kevin Kobasa (Ali) and Keath Kobasa (Kristen) and great-grandchildren Emma and Kylie Moorman, Alex and Lila Mergner, Nathan and Zachary Vaszily, and Avery Kobasa. She is also survived by her brother-in-law Alex Kobasa and his wife Helen of Towamencin, her sisters-in-law Anne Kobasa of Towamencin and Vera Kobasa of Lansdale, and her former daughter-in-law Prudence Albright. Marion was preceded in death by her brother John Prokipchak and sisters Virginia Summers, Eleanor Demian, and Joanna McDaniel. Relatives and friends of Marion Kobasa are invited to a viewing on Friday morning, May 22, from 9 to 10:45 AM followed by a memorial service at 11 AM at the Lutheran Community Chapel, 12 Lutheran Drive, Telford, PA. Interment will be at Whitemarsh Memorial Park. For those desiring, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent in Marion’s memory to the Lehigh Valley Hospital Network, Hospice Inpatient Unit (IPU), 1627 W. Landes, Ronald A.* - Telford  
Ronald A. Landes of Telford Ronald A. Landes, 72, a resident of Telford since 1969, passed away May 17, 2015 at his residence. He and his wife, Jeanette (Hengey) Landes, observed their 53rd wedding anniversary on March 11th of this year. Born January 30, 1943 in Sellersville, he was a son of the late Edward Harold and Ethel (Alderfer) Landes. He grew up in Souderton and graduated from Souderton High School in 1960. He served in the U. S. Army National Guard for six years. Mr. Landes was the founder, president and C.E.O. of United Security Assurance at the corner of E. Cherry Lane and County Line Rd., Souderton, for 25 years, retiring in 2007. Mr. Landes was a member of Christ Reformed Church at Indian Creek in Telford. He was a member of the Souderton-Telford Rotary Club and was formerly a member of the Indian Valley Kiwanis. He coached Little League Baseball and Soccer in Souderton and enjoyed researching his American Revolution and Civil War ancestors. Mr. Landes was a volunteer with the Indian Valley Public Library and with Meals on Wheels. He was devoted to his family and cherished time spent with his family in Ocean City, Maryland. In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, Gregory S. Landes and his wife, Sherri, of Telford, Mitchell T. Landes and his wife, Christine, of Harleysville, and Christopher J. Landes and his wife, Lori, of Lansdale; five granddaughters, Sarah, Rebecca, Rachael, Jennifer and Samantha; and a great grandson, Jason Edward. He is also survived by a sister, Barbara Ehmer and her husband, Richard, of Monroe, CT; and a brother, Steven Landes of Souderton. Relatives and friends are invited to his funeral service at 11:30AM on Thursday, May 21, at Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home, Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford (Franconia Twp.,) where family will receive friends from 9:30-11:15AM. Burial will be private at Christ Reformed Church at Indian Creek. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to Christ Reformed Church at Indian Creek, 171 Church Road Telford, PA 18969 or to The Indian Valley Public Library, 100 E.
