JEAN ESHELMAN NOCK Jean Eshelman Nock, 85, of Wyncote, formerly of Upper Gwynedd, passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at the Phoebe Wyncote Nursing Facility. She was the loving wife of the late William H. Nock, Jr. Born September 28, 1928 in Souderton, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Florence (Garis) Eshelman. Jean was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Lansdale for over 60 years and taught Sunday School to the Kindergarteners. She never missed a televised Philadelphia Flyers or Phillies game and in earlier years, loved attending the Grandview Speedway races with her husband, William. Her greatest joy came from caring for her family. Surviving are her children, William Nock, III, of Sellersville, and Bonnie Craner, wife of the late Walter Craner, Jr., of Telford; her siblings, Kathleen Rittenhouse and her husband, Herbert, of Souderton, Henry Eshelman and his wife, Rosie, of Sellersville, LeRoy Eshelman and his wife, Dolly, of Telford, and Gerald Eshelman of Telford; her granddaughter, Tara Craner of Melbourne, Florida; and great-grandson, Anthony. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by five siblings. There will be no services. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
