Antoinetta Citro Obituary

ANTOINETTA CITRO Antoinetta (Montefusco) Citro, 74, of Roxborough, died April 20, 2013 at Einstein Hospital. Born in Salerno, Italy, she came to America in 1961. She was a restaurateur, owning Restaurante Sorrento in Delaware and La Bella Cucina in Blue Bell, PA. She loved cooking and gardening. She was the wife of Giovanni; mother of Philomena Citro and Amedeo Citro (Tina); grandmother of Michelle Henigan Conicello, Giovanna and Amedeo Citro; sister of Generoso Montefusco, Anna Martuscelli, Carmelina Montesfusco and Anella Cardillo; and daughter of the late Fiorentino and Lucia Montefusco. Relatives and friends are invited to Viewing Thursday from 9AM followed by Funeral Mass 11AM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 819 Cathedral Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19128. The Rev. Armand Garcia will celebrate the Funeral Mass. Entombment will be in All Saints Cemetery, Wilmington, DE. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 555 North Lane, Suite 5010, Conshohocken, PA 19438. Arrangements are with Koller Funeral Home of Philadelphia.
