Margaret Brasch Obituary

MARGARET BRASCH Margaret Mary (Wall) Brasch, of North Wales, passed away May 27, 2013 at St. Mary Manor. She was the wife of the late Laurence J. Brasch Sr. She was born August 7, 1922 in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia. She was the daughter of William and Catherine Wall. Margaret was the mother of Ginny Goetter (Steve), Laurence J., Jr. (Sharon) and Mary Beth Lord (Rich); grandmother of Tina Zisk (Brendan), Joey Lord (Erin), Nicole Lord (fianc Michael Hendricks), Kim Korchock (Brian), Larry Brasch, Matt Brasch and Sarah Hall. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Kylie and Anthony Devitis, Brian Korchock, Myla, Sadie and Ruby Zisk and Alexis Hall; and her siblings, William Wall and Katherine Marlin. Margaret was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church until moving to Schwenksville Manor in Lansdale in 2006 where she met a wonderful group of friends. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, going out to eat, taking scenic car drives, going to casinos, looking at the ocean, celebrating holidays and shopping at Kohl's and Boscov's and last but not least her beloved Phillies. Her Funeral Mass will be Saturday at 12:30PM at St. Rose of Lima Church 424 S. Main St. North Wales. Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing Saturday at the William R. May Funeral Home 142 N. Main St (at Elm Ave.) North Wales from 10 AM to 12 Noon. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. www.mayfuneralhome.com
