Dearest Aunt Ruth,
You. Always to me were strong and brave.. You loved Jesus with all your heart and soul. You loved your family with every fiber of who you are as a person. If you can hear me in heaven, you are so very special and loved by me Auntie.

Everyone in this book knows what a sweet person Ruth was. For 25 years she graciously responded to my many questions for my biography of her father. Her approval of what she read is my greatest reward.

Dear Nanny Ruth,
You were a great lady and you will be dearly missed. I know you are with your Daddy in heaven and "keeping score" of those you love most.
Eternal Rest grant unto her, O Lord, and may Thy Perperual Light shine upon her!
Love, grandson Billy
