Annamarie Bridgette Linker Obituary
ANNAMARIE LINKER Mrs. Annamarie Bridgette Linker, 42, passed away Saturday, March 10, 2012 at Carolinas Medical Center- Union Hospital in Monroe, NC. She was born May 7, 1969 in Nassau County, N.Y., the daughter of the Joseph and Joanne Mucci. She was a loving and caring wife and mother. Annamarie had a knack to turn a few ingredients into tasty breads or pastries. She was gifted in the act of hospitality and catering. From her own personal life experiences, she had a unique discernment ability to connect and reach out to people who were suffering from mental illnesses. Annamarie was a member of Benton Heights Presbyterian Church in Monroe. Besides her parents, Mrs. Linker is survived by her husband, Mark, at home; daughter, Tiffany, at home; sisters, Theresa, Lorraine, Maryanne and Nellie; and brothers; Joseph, Jr., Mark and Domonick. The family will receive friends and relatives for visitation Thursday night, March 15 from 6PM to 8PM at McEwen Funeral Home in Monroe. Memorial services for Mrs. Linker will be 2PM Friday afternoon, March 16 in the Benton Heights Presbyterian Church, conducted by the Rev. Paul Saleeby. Memorials may be made to the Benton Heights Presbyterian Church Youth Mission Fund, 2701 Concord Highway, Monroe, NC 28110, or I.F.O.P.A., P.O. Box 196217, Winter Springs, FL 32719-6217, (Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva). McEwen Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Monroe is serving the family of Mrs. Linker.
